Audition Requirements and Show Information:

Auditionees will be provided with a set list in advance, allowing performers to audition for specific songs. The set list will include a wide range of material, with dedicated opportunities for both adult and child performers

Backing tracks for each song will be available via the button below, with timecodes provided to show exactly which section of the song should be performed for your audition.

Auditionees you will be seen for your first choice audition song and potentially your second and third choice (Adults only) depending on timings, availability etc.

If you would not like a solo in the show please write 'Ensemble' in the song choice areas of your audition form.

Any auditionees that have not taken part in a previous CAOS show will be required to do a singing audition.​

Show dates are 1-4 April

5 Shows including a Matinee.

Auditions: Auditions will take place from 7pm on 13th January 2026 at

Bassil Shipman Centre, Tozer Way, Chichester PO19 7LG

Under 15s:  7pm-8pm

Over 15s: 8pm-10pm​

Anyone who would like to audition but is unable to attend on 13th January should submit a video audition by 1pm on 11th January, please attach to the form below or wetransfer/onedrive/GDrive and send a link to hello@caosmusicalproductions.co.uk

Rehearsals: Rehearsals are Tuesdays and Friday Evenings usually 7pm - 9pm for Under 15 and 7:30pm-10pm for over 15.
Tuesday: Bassil Shipman Centre
Fridays: Newell Centre
Both venues share the same car park at Tozer Way, Chichester PO19 7LG

There will be two Sunday rehearsals 22nd and 29th March 10am-2pm.

Guardians must stay for both Launch Night and Auditions for any performers under 16

Joining CAOS

Please find the link to CAOS' New Member Welcome Pack below. This document provides essential information on membership fees, show fees, conduct expectations, and general policies. All auditioning members are required to review these policies and confirm their agreement by selecting the designated checkbox in the audition form.​

The membership fee for a new under 18 is £50 which covers your 2026 CAOS Membership.

There will also be a £15 costume fee for Under 15s.
The show fee for all ages is £15.

​

The CAOS Membership Fee and Costume Fee is due by the 1st February.

The Show fee is due by 20th March.

Audition Schedule

Due to the high number of audition forms received, it is unlikely that we will have time to hear second or third choices.

You are very welcome to arrive early or stay on after your audition in case we are running ahead of schedule and are able to accommodate additional choices, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled call time and make your way to the upstairs waiting room.
