For this production of NATIVITY! CAOS Musical Productions have applied for a BOPA (Body of Persons Approval).

A Body of Persons Approval (BOPA) is a licence issued by a local authority in the UK that allows an organisation (such as a theatre company, production house, or school) to involve children in performances without needing to apply for individual child performance licences for each child — provided certain conditions are met.

To help ensure all children are well supervised and cared for during rehearsals and performances, we will be organising a parent rota and also appointing licensed chaperones.

If you are interested in: being part of the parent rota (e.g. helping supervise sessions on a rotating basis) or becoming a licensed chaperone for performances (training and support can be provided) please let us know as soon as possible.

Your support is hugely appreciated and helps us keep everything running safely and smoothly for the children.

Our privacy policy for your child's personal data can be found here.
